Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable and necessary to secure appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the amount to be paid on the day of your appointment.

We understand that sometimes, you'll need to change your plans but please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll reschedule. Otherwise, unless an emergency arises, you may need to pay in full on your next appointment.

We do not offer refunds on our treatments as results can vary from one person to another due to internal and external factors. However, we will take into account your feedback very carefully and make appropriate adjustments on your next appointment.
